I have arrived at my collection and the parent/guardian has said that the student is not travelling

If you've arrived at the collection address and the student's parent or guardian has let you know that they will not be travelling today, please cancel the trip in the Zippe Driver App.

Zippe will review the trip and payment will be made to the driver if the collection/s are attempted on time.

If there are more than one student on the run/trip, please follow the instruction on the app and cancel the collection and move on to the next collection or drop.
