My run is not showing on my app. What should I do?

All Zippe runs will be available to view before the run commences, this will include the run expected to be completed the same day!

You will be able to view all the required information about that run including no. of passenger, locations and of course price.

Your run will not show if it's not running on that specific day, due to the passenger not travelling or school inset days etc.. if you think your run should be on your app and is not, a ticket will be raised by clicking on the chat icon in the Help & Support Seection in the Driver APP:
