The referred driver and the referring driver have both uploaded all documentation required during sign up, and all documentation has been approved by the Zippe team.

We are only able to pay the referral bonus to both parties when the new driver correctly enters the driver alias of the driver that referred them when they sign up to Zippe. Your driver alias can be found in the main page of the Driver Portal, when you log in - Located under where it says "Hello" and typically starts BSXXX,SGXXX,BAXXX etc.

The specifics of your referral including when you and your referee will receive your referral bonus will be make clear at the point that you start your referral as this varies from one referral scheme to another.
