My app has been suspended. What should I do?

Check your profile and vehicle to ensure that your documents are fully compliant. You can do this by selecting the button at the top of the main screen in the Driver APP:

If all of your documents have been uploaded and approved, please raise a ticket to our team by clicking on the chat icon in the Help & Support Section in the Driver APP:
